Terms Of Sale

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, you are solely responsible for paying all shipping and processing charges relating to your purchases through the Ari Safari Poetry Website. Shipping promotions offered on the Ari Safari Poetry website may not apply to all items and may be subject to other limitations. 

Shipping & Handling

Once you place your order, your package will be fulfilled and shipped within 5 -  7 business days. After fulfilment, your product(s) will be delivered within 5-7 business days. In easier terms, your product(s) will arrive in approximately two weeks after your purchase.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Return Policy

All clothing sales are final and returns will only be accepted for accessories or canvases if damaged upon delivery. Damaged products must be unused.  If an item is damaged, or you have any concerns with your product(s), please email us a photo and a description of the concern within 3 days of arrival. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 of arrival.
